Our Story
Precious Cargo was founded with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves a safe, nurturing place to grow, explore, and thrive. What started as a small in-home childcare has grown into a family of four locations serving infants through school-age children across the Salem and Keizer area.
Our name says it all. Children are the most precious cargo we could ever be entrusted with. That responsibility shapes everything we do, from the way we design our classrooms to the educators we hire and the relationships we build with families.
