Child Care Enrollment Step 1: Check Availability
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our program, please check to see if openings are available. We do not experience a high turnover, so I can't guarantee there will be openings.
If there are no openings available, please add your name to our waitlist. I will contact you as soon as an opening becomes available.
Child Care Enrollment Step 2: Interview and Tour
Schedule an interview so we can discuss your child's specific needs, review important information about the program, and tour the premises. Feel free to bring your child with you so he or she can meet the other children and see what fun things there are to do here. Be sure to allow 30-45 minutes so we have adequate time to discuss your child's specific needs, program policies, and to address all of your questions. Prior to the interview you will receive a copy of handbook and daily schedule and other materials to help you choose the program that is right for you.
Child Care Enrollment Step 3: Submit an Enrollment Application
Let me know that you intend to enroll your child within 24 hours of the interview and tour.
In order to reserve your child's space in the program, an enrollment application must by completed by both parents and submitted, along with the registration fee and deposit. The registration and deposit are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the child does not come for care.
Verbal notice of your desire to place your child in our childcare facility will not be sufficient to hold that space open for your child. In addition, please note that your enrollment is not considered legally binding until all forms/documents listed below are received and deposit and registration fee.
The following enrollment forms must be completed and returned prior to enrollment.
Summary of Required Enrollment Documents:
1. Enrollment Packet which includes:
2. Oregon state regulations require that immunizations be in the child’s record by the date of the child’s admission. State immunization regulation requires a child to be adequately immunized BEFORE ADMISSION to a childcare facility unless the child meets one of the religious or medical exemptions.
3. If your child has any food allergies, please complete the allergy form in the packet. Please note this needs to be completed by a pediatrician.
No child can be accepted into care without the proper forms on file and payment of the first week's tuition.
Finally, be sure to take time to read through and become familiar with the program policies contained in the Parent Handbook before your child's first day of attendance.
